Freddy was a great communicator and I appreciate him being open/available for a last minute booking. Easy pickup with a lockbox and we appreciated the parking reimbursement through Turo. We had no issues with the car and again a very convenient contactless drop off, leaving the key in the lockbox.

Perfect trip! Had to swap to a different car due to a minor issue with the first car but was very accommodating and did the switch before I even landed.
