Was supposed to deliver 11/6 at 8am. Wanted to deliver 11/5 between 10-11pm due to taking kid to school. He didn’t deliver until 3am. I told him I had a wedding and was up waiting until then. Then got car and tags were expired. Asked him to give me a picture of current registration and he agreed. Never received anything. If I got pulled over I would have missed my daughter’s wedding. Then he was supposed to pick up car on 11/8 at 3pm. Never showed up and tried to say leave keys under mat and I’ll get later . Didn’t fall for that as we will not be responsible for the car. Finally showed up past 5pm.
I did my best but received an unfair evaluation, which made me very disappointed. During my Turo career, allowing guests to pick up the car early and giving them the most lenient time to return it is in line with Turo's policies and deserves recognition. Life is like this. When you do your utmost, but get the unfair view，I can just only take it with a calm heart.
