I sincerely apologize for this cancellation. It was caused by an honest misunderstanding regarding the reservation time and was never my intention. I take great pride in being an All-Star Host with a 100% five-star rating, and this was an isolated incident. Only my second time using Turo and couldn’t have been easier. The vehicle was delivered to the airport pickup area in pristine condition. Claudia was beyond accommodating providing the vehicle a bit earlier than my pickup time and explaining the process. Will definitely consider renting one of her vehicles again if needed in the future. Thanks again for making the process so smooth and easy.
