I had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a car from Anthony, especially since it was my first time ever flying into Ontario and I didn’t know what to expect. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Anthony and his sister were incredibly kind and accommodating. They made me feel more like family than a customer. Traveling through the airport with a cane and wheelchair can be challenging, but he made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free, including both pickup and drop-off at curbside.
The car itself was spotless and clearly very well cared for. Every detail from the timing to the warm, inviting service, it was simply outstanding!!!! I’ve rented through Turo multiple times in different states and have always had wonderful experiences, but this one was hands-down the best!
I hope to return to Murrieta one day and when I do, I won’t rent from anyone else. Truly a wonderful, top-tier experience that I highly recommend.
