Complete waste of my money. The pictures are not accurate of what the car looks like. Car is covered in damage. Headlights don’t work at night. The locks don’t work. The air-conditioning doesn’t work. There is no way to charge your phone and would not have rented this vehicle if I knew the condition of the car.

Upon checking all lights were working when turned on, A/C blew cold both front and rear, and the charge adapters work we just don’t provide charge cables. You did not mention any of these complaints when you arrived or checked in the vehicle. We even had a place to park your personal vehicle. You didn’t mention any of this when we brought out your vehicle after the trip, only when I sent the gas invoice after the trip did you mention this. But all was checked and all worked.
