Host was responsive and understanding but the car was in worse condition than expected with respect to AC, front bumper and the rearview mirror

Car was fine. Would’ve preferred to have the car delivered but everything else was smooth

Overall was great trip! The key battery was dying however and it took about 10 minutes to get the car unlocked and started every time. Other than that it was great, clean and easy to operate.

Cesar was great at communicating and accommodating drop off / pick up. The Nissan Rogue drove fine, however there were dents and scratches all over the exterior. The AC is a problem. It makes a noise when in use, and after 1.5 hours on the highway it almost stopped working entirely (barely blowing on full blast). Not ideal as my wife is currently 7 months pregnant… This car needs to be attended to before it is rented out again.

The car makes a weird noise when the AC is turned on and had a few dents but other that that all was good. Drop off was easy at the LGA airport. Cesar was very communicative and friendly. Answered all the questions I had.
