We had made a mistake on pick up time Guest requested for 4am in the morning. As a result, I personally went to pick up our Guests at 5am. I further arranged for their drive to their Hotel 1/1/2 hrs away that very morning.
I also advised that for the delayed pick up I would cancel their reservation so that they would not be charged. Our hrs for pick up and drop off are 8am to 8pm daily. I now strictly adhere to our hrs of operation. I sincerely apologize to all parties involved.
