The pick up was a little stressful due to not really knowing where to go. The address took us to the Chevrolet dealership we rode around the lot looking for the Jeep after we couldn’t find it I went in to ask about it and it was parked in the Lowe’s parking lot. So if you rent from this company just remember that. When I had to take the car back earlier on the day it was due to a previous appointment. I called and messaged the company but got no response. So I dropped the Jeep at Lowe’s parking lot and went to the dealership to give them the keys. The Jeep drove and rode good except it’s out of alignment.
Thanks for your feedback. We acknowledge that pick up & drop off can be a bit confusing, even if temporary. We are currently negotiating with Flo Airport for a permanent solution. We had communicated via Turo's App, throughout the rental process.
Regarding Cleanliness, as mentioned prior to pick up via App, we were at the tail end of a storm and all local car washes had frozen lines.
Thanks for the alignment heads up.
Jeep went in for service today, but they weren't able to replicate issue.
