Originally didn't booked this vehicle. I was given an alternate vehicle day of pickup. Pickup/ drop off was very easy. This truck didn't have heat which was a huge inconvenience with the temp being 45 degrees and no defrost for night and morning commute. My hands, feet where freezing and nose was running trying to drive this truck. Truck makes a rattling sound and the brakes severely needs to be replaced. It got me to and from work just uncomfortable with no heat.

Besides the heater issue, I didn’t have any other issues, communication with the host is always pretty good, they respond as soon as they can .

Heat in the car didn’t work. Inconvenient for colder nights and dewy morning. License plate wasn’t properly bolted down so it was knocking against the car the entire trip. Outside of those minor issues the vehicle was functioning and got me to and back from my destination.
