I understand that we had to switch you out of a vehicle because you’re not happy with the first one. But there was absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle, so I’m not sure why you didn’t leave us five stars.

We did our very best and immediately dropped another vehicle off to you because of a coolant leak that started after a long period of time of you having the car. I’m not sure how we could’ve done any better to immediately solve the problem.
