Had a slight issue during this trip,but not something that couldn’t be fixed

Do not rent from these folks. Turo should remove them from the platform. My car smelled so bad, I tried to air it out for a few hours to no avail. When I returned the car, I was run out of the building by the owner of the used car lot with curse words and threats. He was so angry, I felt as if he wanted to hit me. I walked away and did not confront him. He followed me out screaming

Real story folks. This guest had a non refundable trip that he rented to go around and look at cars to purchase. He found the car he liked after having our car for a half a day. After purchasing the car he made up a story that the car smelled bad in hopes Turo would give him all his money back. He came into the dealership telling us to give him his money back. We told him to call Turo Customer service. He became disorderly repeatedly saying. Do you know who I am as a form of extortion
Great communication and smooth process. Car was a little dirty, fob was broken and the alarm kept going off as well.
