vehicle not reliable. offered another rental but we had to drive the rental that wasn't driving well to get it. we were miles away and couldn't make it there to switch. thought they might bring it to us and they drive their problem back. told us it was the gas we put in it but we hadn't put any gas in it yet.

Turo is investigating this guest. We picked up the car found nothing wrong with it. Place that they left it at said they bought an RV and didn’t want to take the 100 mile round trip to drop it off. Just another day as a host in Turo world. lol
This vehicle was a smooth ride!!!! We did have 2 issues around brakes and the car not wanting to start after putting gas in it. These issues were reported to Turo and they responded. However, we made it safely to Maryland and back. Again, it was a smooth ride! The check in, check out prices was seamless. I will rent again! Thanks Turo!

I’m not sure what the mechanical issue was because nobody’s ever complained in the past. Nor could could we dublicate it after our inspection today? I’m glad it made you 394 miles on the trip you had and got you to and from your vacation Thank you.
Was easy to pick up and return. The car was very clean and nice and roomy
