I’m so sorry our RAV4 didn’t appear as super clean as our standard demands. I didn’t get the opportunity to personally inspect it with a quick turnaround from a previous guest. The pet hair is a mystery for sure. We reserve the right to get better and will strive to double check our cleanliness standards are met. Thank you for your feedback.
