The car unfortunately had issues from the start. the dashboard start alerting me that there was something wrong with the engine then telling me the airbags didn't work on the passenger side. John had great communication with me. The car itself was recently serviced and he had mentioned that but I think this car needs to be serviced again. The idle was off and the car itself was okay, I really appreciated it because my car is in the shop and I needed something quick. The car got me from A to B but I was scared the entire week driving it because I didn't know if it was going to malfunction on me. If I were to give John a 5 star for his efforts to accommodate me and for his communication, I'd give him 10 stars. The car itself was a 2 star.
