During pickup, the owner stated that the vehicle was by the Orange elevator when it was by the Blue elevator. It took us about 35 extra minutes to find the vehicle based on this information. It wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t in any hurry, it was just a lot of aimlessly wandering around a parking lot.
The vehicle itself was clean and in good working order. No complaints about the vehicle.
For drop off, we had to change our flights and go home a little early (same day as our original flight) due to an emergency back home. The owner was a little rude to us because we dropped the car off early and forgot to message them in the scuffle of it all and trying to catch our new earlier flight.

At 7:48 you asked me where the car was, and by 7:49 you already saw where it was parked, because it's a 5-minute walk from the orange elevator to the blue one! And yes, dropping off the car 7 hours before the end of the trip is normal 🙂 and not cleaning the car after yourself is also normal 🙂 and I didn't say a single rude word to you!
The car was awesome, Roman was communicative and easy to work with we appreciate all he did! Would always recommend him for a vehicle!
