The guest acknowledged she did not submit photos showing otherwise and threatened a negative review over the fuel charge. The vehicle is professionally serviced by Firestone every 5,000 miles, and no transmission issue has been identified. Our documentation and maintenance procedures are designed to protect both guests and hosts.
