The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately a previous renter left the car smelling bad, but the host made every effort to remedy the odor. The car was a nice vehicle and clean, other than the smell. It drove great. We did also have an issue with the A/C not blowing cold air at all. We easily contacted the host, who tried to assist us with troubleshooting the issue. Unfortunately, it was most likely out of refrigerant. The host did offer to meet us to fix the issue; however, we were not in or near town to be able to do that. It was greatly appreciated that they offered to do that though. We just rolled the windows down when we were driving.
It was a great trip and the host was the most accommodating and communicative host that I have encountered. There were a few hiccups with the vehicle itself but overall I would recommend this host and would look at renting from them again for any future trips.

We scheduled maintenance and professional cleaning to address the issues. We’re glad you still had an enjoyable trip and safe travels.
