picking up the vehicle was a breeze. instructions were thorough on how to access the keys. Once we picked up the vehicle and started our trip the first thing we noticed was the radio constantly going in and out. I reached out to see what the issue could be but no answer on why or how to fix it but they advised me to try using the blue tooth setting which i did. Once connected to the blue tooth and trying to play music it continued to cut out. Imagine a 2 hr road trip and the music going out LITERALLY every minute. we had to tap the am/fm button each time it went out to get the music playing again for the entire trip. This was sooo annoying. Otherwise the vehicle drives good, was well kept and spacious .
