$15 dollar fee when picking up the car to leave the lot

I requested an airport pickup and unfortunately I was met with a $15 parking fee after I had to take a shuttle from the airport to an external parking lot. This information was not disclosed prior to my booking or in enough time for me to book with a host that could actually meet me at the airport with the vehicle as I requested. The $15 was an additional expense unexpected and the refused to reimburse.
