This was our first time ever renting a car through Turo, and HP rentals made it flawless. They really go above and beyond. I would recommend them every time and I cannot see us going anywhere else now for future family vacations!!!!!

The trip was great and the car worked well! Ran into one issue with a punctured tire. Got it fixed and was immediately reimbursed by the owner. Did smell a bit like smoke but driving with the windows down fixed that. Would recommend!
