The car was great, the owner and his business organization was not. Comunication only through text and email, noone to speak with when we had issues. Airline changed our flight time and I attempted to change the pick up time, but it was lost in their corporate shuffle. The drop off guy didnt leave the long term parking ticket, so I had to pay$40 buck to get out. Asked numerous times where the keys were and how to access the car, but was never answered. Turned out the car was open and the keys in there. Would not recommend

As for communication we operate through structured text/email to ensure all communication is documented and consistent for every guest but l understand how that have felt less personal in moments you needed quicker clarity. As per Turos policy for airport drop offs the standard is clear if understood we as host at designated to put the car as well as keys logged into Turo so that renters can clearly see.
