The family was very very nice and personable when I picked up the car. The car was great it was clean and was nice to drive. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice and reliable transportation to rent this car.

The steering wheel kept jerking a little but other than that the car was great.

We have fixed the jerking issue as Tie rods were due to be replaced which are replaced now

We gave a swap option and customer needed a SUV, Hence Turo cancelled the Trip, it was not cancelled by me
They were very helpful and generous when it broke down and gave us a replacement. Treated us very well. Kind folks.
