We gave a swap option and customer needed a SUV, Hence Turo cancelled the Trip, it was not cancelled by me
They were very helpful and generous when it broke down and gave us a replacement. Treated us very well. Kind folks.

The car had an issue when we were it in . I have been using turo for years.Hands down the best host I have ever had. He not only swapped a car out and came to us .He is quick responding . An exceptional host Both him and his wife were outstanding . Would use 100 percent as if an issue they take care of it.
