The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and easy, and the host was always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made everything stress free and were very understanding and professional throughout the trip. The all electric Honda Prologue met all my expectations. I was brand new to a EV car but the host did an amazing job educating me and answering all my questions. The car itself is a great drive and spacious inside.
