The car was ok but basic for a 24. It is also in need of an alignment as it pulls to the left.
The host was not responsive or accommodating. Our flights ended up being delayed by 3.5 hours so I messaged pretty early in the morning to see if the trip could be extended. He read but never responded at all. I also texted his personal number he gave in the messaging portal through Turo.
I did later locate an extension button in my email but it was an additional $124 for two hours.
The car came with a charger but does not recognize the USB port to connect an Android device. You will only have access to Bluetooth calls or audio but no navigation.
These are first world problems but I can't handle the lack of communication from the host. We have a two hour commute to the airport and I would have appreciated the courtesy of a response.
Sorry that I was not available to see your message. I am glad you were able to find how to extend the trip on your own. I do not control Turo's pricing for extensions.

The car wasn’t at the airport when we arrived, so had to wait for him to bring it, then we dropped him back off at his place. Expected at least a small discount for the inconvenience. Car once we got it was nice/clean
