the car is nice and clean, but was little disappointed with service.
The car was booked at 7:35pm for delivery at DCA for 9pm with your flight landing at 8:55pm. I quickly communicated with you my estimated ETA, and the Tesla was dropped off clean and fully charged at 8:40pm. You were sent clear instructions where to find the car both in turos messages and in your trips parking location. The reason you left a 3 star is not service, it’s because you’re upset about a $10 recharging fee as expressed in your messages. Sorry for being a great host! :)
