There wasn’t a full tank of gas, the tires were bald, it smelled bad underwhelmed

Nicole, this is so disappointing after helping you and your husband navigate his expired license. The car was detailed prior to your trip and had right under a half tank. The tires are obviously not bald. It's understandable you're upset about paying more to rebook in your name, but it isn't my fault your husbands license was expired. Thanks!
