This car was a downgrade from the car I was initially supposed to receive. It was functional, but had several technical issues, regarding the speaker, CarPlay, and digital driver information center.

The vehicle originally booked was a 2019, and we provided a newer 2021 model at the same price. The vehicle was fully functional, and the speakers and Apple CarPlay were working properly. We understand that the Trax may not have been your preferred vehicle, but that shouldn’t be confused with the vehicle having technical issues. We simply wish you had brought these concerns to our attention during the trip so we could have addressed them.

The worse place for rent a car.
This is my second time , a rented a car for a weekend and the car take me to the place and obviously the car was broken. So I have to rent another car so I had spend almost $800 out of my pocket

The host was super accommodating and the process was super easy to navigate! We had a slight issue with the steering wheel locking, but the host was very nice and wasn't a real issue! Would recommend using this company!
