The vehicle is a 2021 Tesla with over 110,000 miles, and I experienced several issues during my month-long rental. I noticed two bumper scratches after a major storm and reported them through Turo with photos. I also experienced unusual noises, particularly when turning, and later noticed that the driver's seat was misaligned with its base.
The vehicle also developed a noticeable unpleasant smell after being parked in the sun for a while.
I did not have an accident or collision that I am aware of. I reported the scratch issues through Turo and contacted the host.
The vehicle was generally usable and the owner was responsive. But its software doesn’t allowI upgrade to FSD.
I won’t recommend it to anyone for its price.

We appreciate that you found the car fit for purpose and that we were responsive. This 2021 Model Y is listed with its mileage and without FSD; we also confirmed FSD is not available on this vehicle right after booking. Our FSD cars are listed separately and priced that way so guests can choose. We inspect and clean between trips and thank you for pointing out what you noticed. Sorry this one did not meet your expectations.

Price was fair, communication was great. Car was in great shape. Clean and tidy. Owner seemed extremely reasonable in their asks and were flexible when I need to make minor trip adjustments. I could not really ask for more..
