We proactively called/texted you when a highway shutdown caused a 30-minute delay, explained the situation, and you confirmed it was okay. Unfortunately, we can’t control road closures. The vehicle was also delivered cleaned and we even requested photos to identify any cleanliness concerns, but none were provided. No issues were raised during the trip, and our in-person interaction was very positive.
