During my trip I received a car with half gas in the tank and Also I got an issue to started the car when I was supposed to go to work and to do some things. The rest was fine

Hi Samantha, we’re disappointed this review doesn’t reflect what occurred. We proactively called/texted you when a highway shutdown caused a 30-minute delay, explained the situation, and you confirmed it was okay. Unfortunately, we can’t control road closures. The vehicle was also delivered cleaned and we even requested photos to identify any cleanliness concerns, but none were provided. No issues were raised during the trip, and our in-person interaction was very positive.
