car and smooth and clean had no issue at all and host was very cooperative

While the host communicated well and the car ran smooth, the quality of the car was not the best. The car was delivered extremely dirty, the driver seat at a huge rip and the scent of weed dominated every ride from pick up.

Trust that the application requires smokers not to do so inside the vehicle and I was sure that for that reason I could travel smoke-free for my girls and it was not like that since the vehicle smells of marijuana smoke and cigarettes, which is not healthy and less for children.

I beleive in this case you first should blame turo and the renter who smoked inside the car. Turo never pay for smoking as they don’t see the evidence, but the people who smoked inside the car cleaned the car before return and there is no phisical evidence. The only evidence is car smells fully veed and turo never pay to hosts to detail the car. As a host we tired to explain turo customer service about that issue. Sorry for your kids.
My only complaint is the smell. The car ran well and the host was responsive.
