The pickup instructions were incomplete and inaccurate. I was told the vehicle would be in a parking lot, but it was actually parked on a street alongside dozens of other cars.
There were no clear instructions explaining that I needed to search the street and identify the vehicle by comparing the cars with the photos uploaded by the host. None of this was communicated beforehand, which made the pickup unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.
Clear and accurate pickup instructions would have made the process much smoother.
