Customer picked up and returned car to the same location with our simple and easy pickup and return process, check other reviews.
What was truly difficult, is removing all the mud on the inside of the car and the seats. As well as the painted pink heart on the windshield.

The only issue I had was getting the owner to remotely unlock the car. I just had a difficult time getting ahold of them and it took me standing in the parking garage for 45 minutes before they did unlock it. They were very helpful outside of that one issue.

Its a hassle picking the car up. Having to arrange someone to drop you off and pick you up is the WORST. Turo should make it a policy that either the host provides parking or is transparent about parking.
