It is your responsibility to return the vehicle as it was given to you and in concordance with Turo's policies. Please be reminded, this is a strictly non-smoking vehicle.

Is "Shadow" Professionally cleaned before each trip?
Absolutely! both after and before each trip, Spike is professionally cleaned inside and out for your and our safety, to take care of our vehicle, and because I really do want you to be comfortable. We want this vehicle to be a part of the best experience.
What is it about the Durango (Shadow) that makes it a winner for you?
Look, Shadow definitely has a sense of presence and Presidential elegance. The vehicle simply moves like nothing I've driven and I have driven in almost everything. For my family, and I mean personally, this is a vehicle of choice for safety, reliability, and function for any occasion. I know you will love this one; I know you will want to reserve Shadow again.
Will I have to be present at drop off or pickup?
While I follow and am bound to Turo's practices, policies, and procedures at this time I will extend contactless pickup and drop off to customer's that have made three or more reservations, along with some other discounts.
