This was my first rental as a Turo user. I signed up, reserved my first rental, took a flight and picked up the car, all within a 4 hour window. Pick up was an ease. The vehicle was clean and ready to go with no issues. Returning the vehicle was a breeze as well. CJ was very communicative and answered all my questions. The vehicle had low mileage and was actually fun to drive.
