This host made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. They were responsive to all my questions during booking and very accommodating when my husband needed to coordinate pickup and return by phone rather than through the app.
The host provided clear directions and was happy to talk him through finding the vehicle and the return process.... their communication and flexibility were excellent. The car itself was clean, ran perfectly, and exactly as described.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want a host who's genuinely helpful and makes the whole process smooth, book with them!
