Great host—very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and well-coordinated. The vehicle ran well overall, but it could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness and minor detailing. Still a solid experience, and I’d consider booking again.

Amazing

My experience with this host was extremely disappointing. The pickup instructions were changed at the last minute—originally, I was told to get the car from a parking deck, which was fine. Instead, the host asked me to meet him in the bus lane, where it was impossible to properly inspect the vehicle before the trip.
When I received the car, multiple dash warning lights were on. The host dismissed them as a “faulty sensor” and told me not to worry. Unfortunately, during my trip I ended up with a flat tire, which the faulty sensors failed to detect or indicate. In addition, the car’s Bluetooth and electronic features did not function correctly.
Despite these issues, I was still charged for the tire repair. After returning the car, the host then filed a claim against me alleging that I damaged the tire—something that was clearly tied to pre-existing issues he had already brushed off.
Overall, this host was not transparent and attempted to shift blame and costs onto me. Please be cautious when booking with this host, as my experience suggests he may try to charge guests for problems that were already present.

The truck was nice and clean the pickup and drop off was a very smooth transition.
