Older yes. Expected ding and dents yes. Did the renter express that or the fact that it grinds on the driver side front end every time you turn? No. My insurance covers anything I drive so I opt out of the turo insurance and cannot except that liability. Also the renter gave me trouble saying it didn't seem like a good fit for me.
...it wasn't a good fit for you... Like YOU expressed. We agreed. And yes. Our 12 year old rental vehicle is not perfect cosmetically. I'll point out that's why it costs less than almost anything else on the market. But it does undergo routine maintenance and inspections like every other car on the platform. There was nothing wrong with the front end. You got everything we advertised. If you want a perfect car, pay for one. Hosts beware.
