Car was good. Host dropped off 20 minutes late and picked up 20 minutes late. At a hotel so I had to check the car and deal with those details. Super nice and helpful just late both ways which was not great.

Pickup was easy. Host took care of all airport parking garage fees. There was some confusion with the parking garage drop off and she was more than happy to sit on the phone with me while I figured it out. Car was extremely clean!
