Great rental experience! The Nissan Rogue was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our trip. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and got great gas mileage. We’d definitely rent it again!

Car was great. Pick up and drop off area is a very long walk from any terminal. Drop off is super confusing and not a lot of information was giving. This leads to be charged a parking fee.

Hey Ann I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had for turn-in. You ended your trip early therefore you missed the thorough instructions you would’ve gotten in a timely manner towards the end of your trip. We are required by the airport to park in designated areas or we can get fined as hosts. I hope this helps.

Car was great! Clean, spacious, and smooth. I’ve used Turo a lot and all over the country. However, Troya is the only host who took the time to clear all Bluetooth devices connected to the car to make for a seamless connection when I got into the car. Small details like that make for the best overall experience! Troya’s Communication is efficient and kind! 10/10 host and 10/10 car. Mahalo Troya! Till next time 🤙🏽
