The host was polite. We had some difficulties with communication and the host changing pick up and drop off locations which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time. Also, when there was a maintenance issue, we lost an entire day waiting for the host to get us a tire key which finally needed up in a car switch and the second car was huge - didn’t fit in our parking.
Too much chaos to rent from them again.

Hi Keri we did our best to accommodate you . Tire problems happen ,and we have no control over it . Your location I came to was the wrong address and there was big gravel rocks on the road you were staying at. With the snotty ungrateful attitude you have , I wouldnt want to rent to you again . I did the best I could to work with you . work a day job to support my special needs son my bad i coudlnt be there right than and there . You also wasnt present for thr duration if your rental. Take care
