Had to get Ticket to get in garage. It’s with key.

I’m sorry to hear you got a ticket entering the garage — that’s definitely frustrating.
The instructions I sent clearly explain to use the left-hand gate and to avoid the right one, which is for terminal 1 and it will give you a ticket. Unfortunately, it looks like the wrong gate was used.
Most guests have no issues when following the instructions , but I understand it can be easy to miss if you’re in a hurry. Thank you again for renting with us.
