The car was excellent, I had it for the month and had no issue. Our host was what made a nig impact, Jessica was amazing. She went above and beyond with customer service. Our luggage was lost and she offered to meet us at 1245am to bring us toiletries. That kind of service is unheard of. She even put cookies frkm Honolulu Cookie company in the car for us, we were definitely impressed by the service we received. Hands down 5 star service and vehicle!

Excellent host and smooth experience from start to finish. The car was clean, easy to locate, and exactly as described. Pickup and return instructions were clear and communication was great throughout. Would definitely rent again!

Pickup was very easy. Car was in great condition and we had no issues with it. It was tricky finding the entrance to the international garage to drop it off so I recommend looking into it before you leave for the airport. Mahalo to our host!
