The car was in great condition, and the pick-up/drop-off process was smooth. However, I had a disappointing experience with the extras. I paid $10 for a phone mount, but it wasn't in the car. The host promised a refund at pick-up, but I haven't heard anything since returning the car. Great car, but communication regarding the refund could be better.

Barry was great, accommodated a booster seat last minute and was very kind! Having never had driven an electric car before this was a 10 out of 10 experience!
