Car was just fine and ran great. Giving one star to the shady jerk of a host. Guy shows up to pick the car up at the end of the rental and demands I give him $50 in cash for a couple car seats he let us use. I asked why can't we pay through Turo and he said sorry too late. Get me cash now. I was shocked and had my wife and children waiting off to the side for me and this jerk was being hostile towards me demanding cash. Completely unprofessional and a major violation of Turo policy. He started trying to trash talk me and it got awkward and I wanted to move on with my vacation so I just paid him. I really shouldn't have though. This guy needs to learn some respect and professionalism and watch his mouth. I reported this situation to Turo so hopefully they are holding him accountable.
