The experience was great! The Acura had no issues at all, had plenty of space for luggage, was a comfortable ride, and the sound system was great! John is an excellent host. He provides clear and helpful instructions on how to pick up and drop off the vehicle and makes himself available for contact during the trip, and is quick to respond!
