The service was great with letting me extend the time. The car did make a terrible grinding noise every time you use the breaks.

Vehicle was clean and in good condition. There was a slight noise in the front when using brakes. Would rent again otherwise.

Smooth as silk renting and returning the car. Car maintained in great shape. Only concern was I wouldn't take it into the mountains because the tire tread is extremely low. I wouldn't think twice about renting from Nikolas again, if he gets new tires on it

Host was very understanding and accommodating to a family emergency and he worked with me. My Turo app was not working properly so I had to call Turo support to confirm updates. The Murano was really a great car.. I had no expectations but I think it was my favorite rental so far. And great gas savings!! Ty again Nikolas...
