Confused about car drop off location. Not fun to walk around at midnight in a strange airport especially with an elderly person. Was very upset and frustrated.
Hi Kori, I’m sorry to hear your trip started with this frustration. I provide a precise Google pin to ensure the vehicle is easy to locate in the public lot; however, I understand that navigating an airport at night can be stressful if you aren't familiar with how digital pins work.
