The car was excellent and the host was extremely nice!

Dishonest company. They informed me that the Car would be late by 35 minutes due to traffic 45 minutes later they tell me they just located the vehicle. Total time was close to 2 hr waiting for the car to arrive at airport. They promised me that I would not have to to refill the gas tank for my troubles at the end of Rental they sent a request for $45 for the gas and a service fee for not filling up the tank.

We sincerely apologize for arriving later than the original agreed time , we did communicate the delay in advance and did everything possible to provide the best service under the circumstances. We understand that some aspects of the situation may have been understood or interpreted differently than intended.we always strive to communicate clearly , treat our guests fairly and provide the possible experience, we appreciate your feedback and will used it to continue improving our service.
The car worked out perfectly! Was very clean and comfortable!
