Clean car. Easy ride. Host had great communication. First time using Turo, and will definitely be using this host again!

Very easy
Car quality was good. Only issue was that my pickup schedule time was at 5am and once arriving to the pickup location there was no car or sign of the host. I txt and called him several times and didn’t get a response until 3-4 hrs later. Due to the late response and arrival of the car my trip was delayed significantly.

Understanding your frustrations on that day and I do apologize on that due to my late arrival was because my last trip was delayed because of last person that had my car more days then expected so after I had to do a oil change also give the car a car wash due the last customer trip so I was a little delayed / side note phone usage i didn’t recognize your phone number but sincerely I do apologize so I gave you a 15% discount on your next trip with me.
