My experience with Turo was extremely disappointing.
At pickup, there were no clear or concise instructions on how to unlock and access the vehicle, which made the process frustrating from the start. And the Turo Rep got snippy in his feeble attempt to help. During drop-off, I checked out earlier than expected, but there were no clear instructions or communication about what to do in that situation. I was left without guidance or support, making what should have been a simple return unnecessarily stressful.
The overall lack of communication and poor coordination made this a very negative experience. Never again will I rent through Turo.

Car was awesome!!! Perfect for me to use as my car was in the shop. The hosts were awesome and flexible as it took a bit longer for my car to be repaired. I will definitely utilize them again.
